How to Submit Warranty Requests Using Your Smartphone

Follow the steps below depending on what type of smartphone you have.  This page is not optimized for mobile viewing.  Once you have the applicable app installed, visit this page on a desktop computer to view the tutorial.

Open the left-side menu and select Warranty (DO NOT submit requests under the “To-Do’s” tab.  We will not be notified and doing so will delay the processing of your claims):

To add a new warranty request, click the blue circle icon on the bottom right corner:

Please submit warranty requests individually.  Fill out the form including all pertinent information.  Here is an example:

After filling out the details and attaching pictures/videos, click Save at the top right corner.  After you've filled out and save each request, individually, we'll contact you by the end of the next business day explaining the next steps.
